  Several months ago I found a document that listed a slew of universal needs we have and was pretty interested in the descriptions of each.   As summer starts crackin its firey whip, it’s important not to let the heat cook our insides.   May the work of your hands be a sign of gratitude and reverence to the human condition.   There are a host of reasons why performing bodywork is so satisfying to me and the first can be dated back to grade school.
